Workflow, Communications, and Collaboration
As your outsourced Operations team, we're committed to ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow. Here's an overview of how we'll collaborate:
Daily Communications
Teamwork makes the dream work. We encourage regular communication through:
Slack | We use Slack for daily communication, quick questions, and real-time collaboration between our teams. This includes the chat, call, and meeting features.
Email | We try to reserve email for formal communications, such as contract agreements, official notices, non-urgent communications, and important documents that require a permanent record.
Weekly Progress Meetings
The dynamic nature of the business and the importance of flexibility are why we conduct our weekly progress meetings using Google Meet. Here's what you need to know:
Invitations | You will receive a calendar invite for each weekly meeting, which will include the Google Meet link. Simply click on the link at the scheduled time to join the meeting.
Preparation | To make the most of our meetings, we encourage you to prepare any questions or topics you would like to discuss in advance. You can also upload any relevant documents to our shared Google Drive folder before the meeting for review.
Recording | If needed, we can record the meetings for future reference or for team members who are unable to attend. The recordings will be shared via Google Drive.

This Project Portal is designed to keep you in the loop and fully engaged with the progress of the project in real-time. Here is how to use it and make the most of it:
Your Project Dashboard | Click here | To see your project's live status, click ‘View the dashboard.’ Here, you’ll find a visual representation of project milestones, task completions, and overall progress.
Request Input List | Click here | Click ‘Add to the List’ to add any task or idea you want the team to explore. This two-way communication ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Shared Drive | Click here | Click on the ‘Open shared drive folder’ to access all your project files. You can view, download, and upload documents as needed.
